Podcast Guest Agreement – Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Participate

By participating in this podcast, you the guest agrees to be recorded and acknowledges that all or part of the recording may be publicly shared in audio, video, or text format as part of the podcast.

2. No Payment

Guest acknowledges and agrees that they are voluntarily participating in the podcast episode without expectation of payment, royalties, or financial compensation, both now and in the future.

3. Use of Content

Guest grants Jordan Emberley the right to use, edit, and publish their recorded statements and any likeness captured during the podcast without restriction. This right includes, but is not limited to, promotion and distribution on all platforms where the podcast may be available.

4. Release of Liability

Guest agrees not to hold Jordan Emberley responsible for any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to any content shared during the episode. This includes potential third-party claims related to opinions, statements, or content expressed by the guest during the recording.

5. Consent to Publication

Guest consents to the publication of their voice, image, and statements made during the episode, acknowledging that these may be shared publicly and potentially reach a broad audience.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Canada.

7. Agreement to Terms

By participating, Guest confirms that they have read and understood these terms and agree to all conditions stated above.
